Is Lox Club worth it? The price per month, then and now
Lox Club's FAQ, read 3 October 2026, prices membership at $10 to $16.67 a month. Set against Milenio's 2022 figures and what the fee does not buy.
Is Lox Club worth it? On the arithmetic, only the 12-month tier is an easy case. Lox Club’s FAQ lists $50 for three months, $90 for six and $120 for twelve: $16.67, $15.00 and $10.00 a month, with no monthly option. That fee buys the app. Matchmaking is a separate service, and event places are not promised.

How much more does Lox Club cost than in 2022?
The 2022 column is Milenio’s report, not a Lox Club price archive. The per-month figures and changes are this desk’s calculation.

The annual tier moved least and is the only one under $15 a month.
What does the Lox Club membership fee actually buy?
The FAQ describes a narrower product than the reputation:
- The app, with liking rationed by design: the club wants each like to feel “thoughtful and meaningful, and less like a game”.
- Not matchmaking. Lox Matchmaking is “independent from the in-app experience”, priced by “a dynamic pricing model” on a call with a team rep. The FAQ publishes no figure.
- Not a guaranteed event. A human curates each guest list, and the club gets “way more RSVPS than we have room for”.
- Wider reach. The FAQ says “all North American cities” and names nine flagships; Milenio listed three.
So, is Lox Club worth it?
At $10 a month on the annual plan, the price of a vetted app is defensible. At $16.67 on the three-month plan, it mostly buys the right to find out. Anyone paying for a matchmaker, or for the brunches and Hamptons weekends Milenio described, is paying for something the fee is not stated to include. What do you get with Lox Club membership?
Access to the app and its member base, on a three-, six- or twelve-month plan. The FAQ read on 3 October 2026 calls Lox Matchmaking independent from the in-app experience, priced on a call, and says event guest lists are curated by a person and oversubscribed. Neither is stated as part of the membership fee.
How hard is it to get into Lox Club?
The FAQ does not publish an acceptance rate. It says a membership committee reviews every application, that applicants can expect to hear back within one to two weeks, and that you must be over 18 to apply. The page read does not state how many it turns away.
Is Lox Club only for Jewish people?
No. The FAQ compares the club to a deli: it is “culturally Jewish, but you don’t have to be Jewish to enjoy it.” Milenio’s 2022 report said the same, that being Jewish was not a requirement. The FAQ says the committee reviews every application.
Lox Club is for adults, over 18 by its own rule, and its “current fees” are perishable, as the table shows. Confirm the price in the app before choosing a tier.
